• User Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You will safeguard your login credentials and account access.
• Claims and Insurance: Claims submission is based on your information. We will work diligently to ensure claims are accurate and complete. We do not guarantee claim acceptance or payment.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or disagreements will be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution procedures.
  Mediation or arbitration may be used to address conflicts.
• Changes to Terms of Service: We reserve the right to update and modify these terms at anytime. Notice of changes will be provided. Continued use of our services after changes are made implies acceptance of the updated terms.
