ABA Revenue Cycle Management is being formed to provide first-class autism treatment center services in Michigan.  
The company was formed because market research indicates a significant need for quality autism treatment services within this region. We plan to become one of the nation’s most considerable full-service, evidence-based treatment and education centers for autistic children. Hallmarks of the neurodevelopmental condition include persistent deficits in social communication and relatedness and repetitive or restrictive patterns of interest that appear in early childhood and impair everyday functioning. 

In ABA  Cycle Management, each individual entering our Center will follow an individualized, comprehensive learning program designed by an interdisciplinary team of teachers, personal care assistants, administrators, various specialists/consultants, and the individual receiving services and their parent or guardian. Services will include any combination of these components and allow for small group settings (one-on-one student/teacher ratios when needed), a structured environment, ongoing assessments, parent training, year-round services, and an atmosphere of acceptance and motivation. This holistic approach will enhance the opportunity for consistency in teaching strategies and achievement expectations. 

ABA Cycle Management will provide educational interventions that attempt to help children with autism not only to learn academic subjects and gain traditional readiness skills but also to improve functional communication and spontaneity, enhance social skills such as joint attention, gain cognitive skills such as symbolic play, reduce disruptive behavior, and generalize learned skills by applying them to new situations. 

ABA Cycle Management will also offer a communication forum for members to share personal feelings and behaviors, tap into helpful resources, assist each other in problem-solving, and feel part of a non-judgmental and compassionate community. We will provide a realistic option for obtaining support for living with the challenges that raising a family with Autism presents. We strive to provide a live community center that offers qualified child care for those individuals who require immediate supervision and an opportunity for their caregivers to unwind and relax. We also strive to provide professional referrals or recommendations as needed for mental health issues. We will heavily emphasize developing a staff training program to meet family information needs while also serving to control operational costs.  

We will use occasional surveys to solicit family feedback. We will also encourage families to make special requests to broaden our value to the community. ABA Cycle Management does not have to pay for under-utilized staff. Our flexible employee scheduling procedures and use of part-timers ensure that the center is never  
overstaffed.

We will adopt a pay-for-performance compensation plan and use referral incentives to generate new business. We will reinvest significant dollars every year in professional and educational materials. We will participate in online webinars to bring patient families the knowledge they need about new technologies to make informed decisions. Our prices will be competitive with other autism treatment businesses that offer far fewer benefits, innovative services, and products.
